1. The organiser of the International Women’s Podcast Awards is Everybody Media Ltd.

2. Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or postponed

3. The event will be held on Tuesday 17th June at the BBC Radio Theatre London, Portland Place, London W1A 1AA

4. Please note registration and security checks will take place and we recommend you arrive at least by 7pm in order to minimize delays. All attendees must bring photo ID. Arrivals should be the BBC Broadcasting House, Main Reception. (The registration desk will be on the left).

5. Ticket price includes drinks both prior to and after the awards ceremony itself. There is no sit-down meal.

6. Event Cancellation/Postponement: In case of cancellation, a refund for the face value of the ticket may be offered

7. Photographs and videos will be taken at the event
